Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers (UPS/FedEx) — USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours after shipment.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • Roselune Jewelry LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • For lost packages, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
