Return Exchange Instructions
At Roselune Jewelry, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If your piece isn’t the perfect match, you can return or exchange it by following the simple steps below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
- You have 30 days from delivery to return or request an exchange.
Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging (pouch/box). - Non-returnable: final sale items and gift cards.
2. What You’ll Need
- Your order number and the name used at checkout.
- The item in original condition and packaging.
3. How to Send Your Item (Mail-In)
3.1 Repack securely: place the jewelry in its pouch/box, then into a padded envelope or small box.
3.2 Include a note inside with:

- Reason (return or exchange + desired size/style if requesting an exchange)

3.4 Postage: Customers cover return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.5 Tracking: Use a trackable service (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and keep your receipt.
4. Exchanges
- Fastest option: purchase the new size/style now, and return the original for a refund.
- Or, write your requested size/style in the note. If available, we’ll process the exchange after receiving your return.
5. Processing & Refunds
- We’ll inspect returns within 5–10 business days of arrival and email you the outcome.
- Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
- If 15+ business days have passed since approval without funds, please email us at info@roselunejewelry.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@roselunejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right and cover return shipping in these cases.
