How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your favorite piece, choose your size or variation (if available), and add it to your cart. Then follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within the first few hours after purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible, please contact us here.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order.

Which countries are the products delivered to?

Orders placed from this store are only shipped to the United States.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free in the United States for purchases over $75. Otherwise, shipping costs vary based on the weight and size of the jewelry.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Please note we don’t ship on weekends or holidays. If there’s a delay due to high order volume, you’ll be notified by email.

What are the delivery times and shipping options?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday peaks.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?
